Partners are primarily business owners or team managers who want to use Sync! to manage their teams and projects. Simply put, Partners are project owners. Members, on the other hand, are the team members Partners have invited to their projects on Sync! Freelancers who sign up to Sync! to get jobs on our talent marketplace also create Member accounts

An Owner account is an umbrella account type that allows you to open and manage multiple accounts at the same time. It allows you to be able to manage a Partner and Member accounts at the same time

You cannot migrate from a Partner account to a Member account (and vice versa). If you made this mistake, kindly reach out to our support team for assistance

No, only verified partners can post projects on Sync!

Only Partners can create a project on Sync! As a Member, you can only work on projects you have been invited to by a Partner. Basic users do not have access to Projects

To confirm what account type you have, go to your dashboard and click on your name initials in the top right corner of your screen. You’ll see your account type in the dropdown

However, there is a limit to the number of team members you can have on one project – you can invite only 9 team members to one project. As a Partner looking to hire freelancers from the Sync! marketplace, there are two ways in which you can do that:

• On the project’s page, click on “Publish”. This will make your project public to every freelancer in the Marketplace, and interested freelancers will be able to send their proposals to your project
• From your dashboard, go to “Marketplace”, and you will be able to see the profiles of every Sync! Member looking to get jobs. From there, you can choose to either invite them directly to your projects or send them a direct message
• Annually subscription

Yes, Sync! is able to convert invoice for transactions to receipt after payment is received from transactions.

The annual plan is the most cost-effective package as it saves you a total of $30 compared to the monthly plan.

For verification issues use a mobile device and follow the simple steps below:  from 

• Take a clear selfie
• Place your ID card on a flat surface
• Fit the edges of your ID card into the capture frame provided.
• Avoid light glares, placing of hands or any other object in the capture frame.

If you are having a hard time signing up, the issue might be with your password. Do not include special characters in your password to avoid issues when signing up.

Confirm that you have a Member plan subscription. Sign into your account, and click on “upgrade” to pick the Member plan. Once you do that, go to “History” to accept your invitation.

Absolutely! You can use the ToDo feature to manage your smaller daily tasks. The ToDo feature on Sync! is a self-management tool that also gives you the option to assign tasks to your other team members.
